Zhi's Group for October 3
Each student in the group is responsible for posting one short example. Group members are Jane and Keri.
The conflict is obvious. Aram believes no one in the family could be a thief. Unfortunately, the facts prove that his cousin did steal the horse which did not belong to anyone of his family. Even a nine years old boy can judge the fact that “It was true", "He had stolen the horse”. The conflict is also between the love of riding and returning the horse. How Aram solved the conflict by persuading himself stealing a horse for a ride was not the same thing as stealing money. The conflict was inside Aram’s mind to decide whether to go out or not. He found the conflict and faced the conflict and solved the conflict.
John Byro is so lonely, and he “had learned to speak Armenian.” Here, the author expresses that John Byro want to get rid of his extreme loneliness by studying local language.
Former adult teacher who loves island beaches. Happy homebody and family man; once devoted dog owner, now without Tashi, my Tibetan Terrier. I prefer the absurdity of the imagination to the absurdity of imagining nothing.

Mourad is "the natural descendant of the crazy streak"; so his activity about "stealing a horse" is not crazy in Abram's opinion.
Two groups of quoted words are all picked up from the story. They become important details in my paragraph.
John Byro checks the mouth of the horse by way of "tooth for tooth", so William Saroyan helps us to imagine John is a very careful person.
