Here I Am
Love hearing water swoosh past my ears when diving into a lake, relaxing in an Adirondack chair on a wooden dock, chatting with my family in the shade (but with sunshine on my toes), barbequing ribs on a smoky fire, the feeling you get when the sun sets on a perfect summer day.
Loved Tashi my Tibetan Terrier, but have no desire to have another dog. Loved my uncle who skied until he was 92, but know his passing was inevitable after all.
Look at life as a series of questions; know less and less for sure with each passing year.

Here I am:
Love waking up early, knowing that I have the whole day ahead, not having to work (unfortunately savings won’t last for too long), doing some stretches to get rid of knee pain, making a cup of tea while thinking how to do my assignment, the feeling you get when you accomplish a goal.
Loved learning to compose music, but don’t really have time now. Loved walking my dog, but now it’s my grandfather’s job.
Look at life as a number of circumstances; you have to stay realistic to move forward.

Here I am:
Love spending time with my family whether it's sitting on the dining table (as we feast upon our diner), enjoying each others company and laughing together, enjoying a walk on Stanley Park on a sunny morning, the feeling you get when you spent your day with the ones you truly treasure.
Loved sharing stories with my mom, but she's thousands of miles away. Loved biking on a sunny day either for fun, or a way to exercise, but it is now long gone.
Look at life as an assorted box of chocolate; you'll never know what you're going to get.

Here I Am:
Love taking deep breaths of forest air just after a rain, watching a good movie while my dog lays sleeping on me, reading a good book (just before falling asleep at night), having a good heart-to-heart chat with a friend, the feeling you get when you run to hug an old friend.
Loved playing the drums, but our band had to dis-band. Loved my Writing 12 class, but it wasn’t offered this term.
Look at life so differently now than in my younger years; see each friendship as a gift.

Love walking and playing in snow, making snow-man, watching my favorite TV shows ( history or documentary )and scary movies at late night on my bed, going to beach with friends, partying on weekends, the feeling you get when you realize nothing will ever be the same again.
Loved playing video games, but quit when I grow up. Loved playing soccer, but stopped after I broke my right arm during a match.
Look at life as journey; enjoy the trip not just the destination.
Here I Am
Love playing soccer with my friends in the rain, thinking about my past how everything’s changed, talking with my closest friends (when I need some advice), love listening to random music, the good feeling you get when you realize it’s somehow related about you.
Loved teasing my friends, but stopped because I’m more mature now. Loved walking barefoot in the rain, but I don’t feel like doing it anymore.
Look at life as a dream; it can be sweet or it can be a nightmare.
Here I am:
Love being lazy in the bed, listening to a child and a man giggling behind the door (as they’re playing enthusiastically,) feeling white sun ray on gentle breeze tickling my toes, flying with blue birds into the September sky, the feeling you get after having a busy week.
Loved chatting with old friends sharing dreams and hopes, but left hometown long ago. Loved collecting postcards, but forgot them for decades.
Look at life as an unpredictable weather condition; I didn’t know I would move to such a far place, but I have home and family now. (101 words)

Here I Am
Love walking through the forest on a midsummer’s day , listening to the sweet song of birds ( when not interrupted by a roaming car ) , touching with my bare feet the old fallen oak leaves , smiling at the sun when it caresses me , the feeling you get when you are in there.
Loved playing soccer, but stooped when I’ve torn my knee. Loved hiking in the mountains, but most of the time alone.
Look at life as an adventure; there is always something new to discover.

Love sleeping in on a rainy day, spending time with the one I love, going shopping (looking for the perfect shoe), sitting on the patio observing the breath taking view, the feeling you get when you feel complete with no regrets.
Loved playing outside and climbing trees, but now I’d rather paint and capture the beauty outside. Loved reading romance novels, but don’t do it anymore.
Look at life as a perfect journey; making mistakes and constantly learning.

Here I am
Love hearing from you. Safe and sound to surviving after years and years of struggling with finding a job. Never complaining your family, never getting annoyance by the trivial round, never griping your life here in the far foreign land. The feeling you get was self-resilient.
Loved knowing no tension between the two sides, but smell of gun fire temptation somehow. Loved to become reunion as a family, but irritated issue buzz all the time.
Look at life as a vagabond, never settle down the mind. Know that I am a stranger here I am.

Here I Am:
Love spending time with my family ( share a great meal and tell them how my week went by), going out with friends to the amazing parks, beaches and mountains of British Columbia( to get away from busy city life), and I enjoy every thing that I’m fortunate enough to have.
Love playing soccer in the rain, but unfortunately I can’t due to my back injuries. Love to visit my hometown and my relatives there, yet it’s too dangerous to walk in a ware-zone (Afghanistan).
Look at life as an ocean of knowledge, no matter how much you learn there is always more to acknowledge.
